The rates are on a room only basis (we are well served with cafes around us, breakfast is available all day locally and a 10% discount given to Scarlets guests at our recommended cafe), in very comfortable rooms, all rooms with your own private en-suite facilities (showers/toilet wash basins). The rooms have at least one full length mirror plus others around the walls, all have illuminated mirrors at the wash basin for makeup application.
All rooms have beds you can walk around, not shoved up against one wall to make a bit of space like many hotels do.
We are fully refurbished to a high level and you will have a comfortable stay with us.
Late check-out as standard for no additional charge again unlike most other hotels, 12.00 mid-day and check-in from 2.00pm please to give us a chance of cleaning thoroughly.
We wanted to keep the rates simple and good value, we do not extort our guests by doing the so called dynamic pricing, in other words we do not change the rates by time of year or demand, so mid summer or new years eve the rates are the same good value all year round. For the price of one night in Manchester or Leeds you can stay for 3 here and still have money left over for drinks!
We have a simple sliding scale for room rates, basically the rate drops the more nights you stay up to 3 nights then stays at the lowest rate for subsequent nights.
On peak weekends like Bank holidays we have a 2 night minimum stay required, it is not twice the one night rate as we discount your subsequent nights so much less cost and better value!
1 night stay = £40 1 night stay = £65
2 night stay = £70 2 night stay = £120
(any additional nights £25) (any additional nights £40)
These rates compare very favourably when you consider the high standard of accommodation on offer, when making comparisons with other hotels do consider the additional costs involved, you may well need to use taxis several times a day.
Scarlets is only 1 minute from the nearest bar and shops (if you do not include our great value bar!), sea front is about a minute and a half away. Its well worth checking the location of hotels yourself via google maps, tap in the prospective hotels post code and see for yourself where it is located, not all hotels give a true description of their location.......surely a genuine mistake on their part?
The North Shore area is where you want to be located, everything is around you then and no need for taxis, nearest tram stop is Pleasant Street, about 2 and a half minutes walk, railway staion is Blackpool North and 5 minutes walk.
We have a standard late check-out of 12.00 mid-day at no additional cost, so no need to be driving whilst impaired from the night before.
