How we obtain data. Your data is obtained via telephone or email contact and is stored on paperwork pertaining to your bookings for Scarlets Hotel and any other services we may organise on your behalf (theatre tickets/makeover bookings etc).
How we use your data. Your data is used to book Scarlets Hotel rooms and any services arranged for you. For personal data such as card payment information, we share your address and card details with our card payment processor, which is transmitted using industry standard encryption.
Scarlets Hotel will never use your email address/telephone numbers for marketing or any other promotions (events and such like).
Data storage. Data storage is on our paper system pertaining to your booking. It may also be on our email system if the booking is made by email.
Third parties. We never sell or share your details and personal information with any third party.
Data retention. The data provided will be retained for only the period necessary to satisfactorily complete your stay with Scarlets Hotel, it will then be disposed of via paper shredding.
An email contacts list is not collected. Email data will initially be transferred to our paper system and then archived from your booking date, archives are deleted on a time routine basis.
How to make privacy related complaint.
Please contact Scarlets Hotel direct via telephone or email providing full details of your complaint, we will take whatever actions are needed to rectify your concerns.
